The professionals cannot afford to drive their own cars in Delhi’s Traffic, and cannot delayed their work for this.seeing to this Drivers on Hire has started different services for Customer with different approach. Recruitment is the process to place the right candidates at the right place at the right time. We work on this platform to serve our Customer the best in the market. Following are the Driver screening measure taken care by us : Driver on Hire screens the driver before registering Driver on Hire asks the driver to submit his complete document. Along with drivers document we also do the background verification and the reference check of driver. After the complete verification of document it is forwarded to Recruitment Team for employment through us. Once we received the requirement from our customer then we arrange the suitable driver as per the customer requirement and send the drivers for trial & Interview. If the driver gets selected at customer site then we do the follow up with the customer and driver both and after the driver joins we send the copy of driver’s document to our customer. Permanent Driver On Hire In Delhi & NCR Permanent Driver Service is mostly for monthly basis where we place the driver on monthly basis who will report to you daily at the given time.It has happened with many customer where they have to pay the service charge before they start the driver service to the company / Agencies for a number of period, And even if they are not satisfied they have to continue with the company / agencies. But Driver on Hire is working on different model where the customer will pay the service charges after the driver joins the service of customer. Service Charges: Private Driver :- The charges will be Rs.5000/- for 6 month with 3 times replacement guarantee. OR The charges will be Rs 8,000/- for 1 year with 6 times replacement guarantee. Commercial Driver :- The charges will be Rs.6000/- for 6 month with 3 times replacement guarantee. The Customer will get: Replacement guarantee Trust worthy & Experienced driver Fully verified with our side like reference check of both previous employer and social circle and document check. The customer can replace the driver anytime if the customer is not satisfied with the driver at no extra cost. Terms of Service for booking a driver: Joining of duty will be confirmed only after acceptance of terms of service and terms of employment by duly signing. The agency will not be responsible if the employer gives advance, mobile, uniform etc. to the employed driver. In case of any offence committed by the driver on duty the agency will help the client with local police station. The agency has checked the driver documents & has done the reference call before considering the driver for employment through us, however as per Delhi police we request our client to summit the driver documents to their local police station. In case you want to discontinue the driver from job you need to give him 1 week notice & during this notice period you can avail replacement from the company at no extra cost.
